Who we are
Vemkin is operated by Simple Web Solutions Limited, the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at hello@vemkin.com.
This policy covers the Vemkin website, early-access waitlist and builder enquiries. Any future AI service that processes your business data will have its own relevant service and data-processing terms.
Information we collect
- Waitlist enquiries: your name, work email, company name and the AI role you are interested in.
- Builder enquiries: your name, email, agent name or role, and an optional demo or specification link.
- Correspondence: information you choose to share when you contact us, together with submission dates and enquiry details.
- Website information: technical request information such as IP address, browser and device details, plus page visits, referral information and cookie or advertising identifiers when you allow optional tracking.
Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we need the required form fields to respond to your request. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information or other people’s confidential data.
How we use it
We use your details to manage your enquiry, understand the role or agent you are interested in, and contact you about the early-access or builder programme you requested.
Our legitimate interests are responding to enquiries, developing and administering Vemkin, and keeping the website secure. We rely on consent for the programme updates you request and for optional analytics and advertising cookies. Where necessary, we also process information to meet legal obligations.
We use consented analytics to understand website use and consented advertising measurement to assess campaigns and reach interested audiences. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you through these forms.
Service providers
We use Vercel to host the website and Formspree to receive and deliver form submissions. Our email providers help us manage enquiries. Google and Meta receive website information when you allow the corresponding tracking.
These providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their linked privacy notices describe their international processing and transfer safeguards. Contact us if you would like details of the arrangements that apply to your information.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and waitlist information for as long as needed to manage your interest, respond to you and administer the relevant programme. We consider whether you remain interested, whether a conversation is ongoing, and any legal or record-keeping requirements when deciding when to remove it.
You can ask to leave a list or have your information deleted at any time. We may retain limited records where needed to honour your preference not to be contacted, comply with legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Provider records and cookies follow their applicable retention settings and policies.
Your choices & rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You can withdraw consent at any time.
You have the right to object to direct marketing at any time and to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable. To stop programme updates, leave a list or make a privacy request, email hello@vemkin.com. We may need to confirm your identity before fulfilling a request.
You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator.
We may update this policy as Vemkin develops. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
